Overview
Shine Plastics' sales team works on the road, visiting builders, plumbers and retailers across the city. We designed and built a Flutter CRM for iOS and Android that puts every lead, visit, follow-up and quote in their pocket.
The challenge
Leads lived in spreadsheets and phone notes, follow-ups slipped and managers had no clear view of who was doing what. The team needed something fast enough to use between site visits.
The solution
We designed and built a solution that:
- A home screen that starts each day with missed, due and urgent follow-ups
- Guided four-step lead capture with duplicate detection before saving
- One-tap call, WhatsApp, site-visit and quote actions from every lead
- Brand-by-brand price comparison that turns into a shareable quote
- Separate home screens and permissions for executives, managers and admins
- Admin tools for employees, devices, reports and Excel imports
The result
The field team now works every lead from one app, and managers see follow-ups, activity and quotes for the whole team in real time.
